临江仙 - 杨慎

Amid my busy schedule, I'm glad i kept my promise to excercise with my parents every sunday morning. Dad talked about a poem today during our walk in Japanese Garden. It was really a poetic and touching one. I was captivated by it and did a bit of research. I totally agree with the poem.

滚滚长江东逝水，浪花淘尽英雄。是非成败转头空：青山依旧在，几度夕阳红。

白发渔樵江渚上，惯看秋月春风。一壶浊酒喜相逢：古今多少事，都付笑谈中。

Reciting it makes me quite emotional because it really talks about life and reminds us how everything is really just a passing phase.
